研究目的：

本研究目的为开发一种基于腋窝淋巴结能谱CT影像图像的组学数据提取和智能诊断辅助平台，用于对腋窝淋巴结性质的准确判定及准确判定腋窝淋巴结转移数，进而实现腋窝淋巴结的精准分期，指导临床。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to develop an omics data extraction and intelligent diagnostic auxiliary platform based on the spectral CT images of axillary lymph nodes, which is used for accurate determination of the status of axillary lymph nodes and accurate determination of the number of axillary lymph node metastases, thereby achieving precise staging of axillary lymph nodes and guiding clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①患者其他恶性肿瘤； ②患有急性炎性病变； ③患有淋巴系统或血液系统疾病； ④既往有腋窝手术史； ⑤特殊类型乳腺癌：妊娠期乳腺癌或炎性乳腺癌。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from other malignant tumors; 2. Acute inflammatory disease; 3. Suffering from diseases of lymphatic system or blood system; 4. Previous history of axillary surgery; 5. Special types of breast cancer: breast cancer during pregnancy or inflammatory breast cancer.
