研究目的：

1.通过随机对照研究采用传统分离式超声穿刺置管、无线混合现实超声成像技术穿刺置管，明确小儿血管穿刺的最优方案 2.分析小儿桡动脉穿刺成功置管和并发症的相关因素分析  

Objectives of Study：

1.Through a randomized controlled study, the optimal plan for pediatric arterial catheterization was determined using traditional separated ultrasound puncture catheterization, and wireless mixed reality ultrasound imaging technology. 2. Analysis of factors related to successful catheterization and complications of pediatric radial artery puncture

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 拟穿刺部位有手术史 2. 已行动脉穿刺置管的患儿 3. 拟穿刺部位有血肿或感染或创伤 4. 低血压、休克或心律失常的患儿 5. 凝血功能异常（INR>2和（或）血小板计数<50×10^9） 6. 改良 Allen 试验阳性

Exclusion criteria：

The intended puncture site has a history of surgery; pediatric patients who have undergone arterial puncture and catheterization; Hematoma or infection or trauma at the intended puncture site; hypotension, shock, or cardiac arrhythmia; abnormal coagulation function(INR>2 and/or platelet count<50×10^9); modified Allen ́s Test positive
