研究目的：

本研究通过观察温泉水中高强度间歇运动对超重肥胖人群体质指数、身体成分、心肺功能、血液相关指标、肠道菌群的影响，探究该方案对改善超重肥胖人群代谢相关指标、心肺功能的作用疗效，为优化超重肥胖人群减重方案提供实践依据。  

Objectives of Study：

By observing the effects of HIIT in hot spring on body mass index, body composition, cardiopulmonary function, blood-related indexes and intestinal flora of overweight and obese people, this study explored the effect and efficacy of this program on improving metabolism related indexes and cardiopulmonary function of overweight and obese people, and provided practical basis for optimizing weight loss programs for overweight and obese people.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.近1个月内有肌肉骨骼外伤和急性病史者； 2.在干预前有持续超过3个月以上的规律运动习惯者； 3.正在参与其他减重相关试验者； 4.哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺炎等呼吸系统疾病者；高血压、心律失常、冠心病、脑卒中等心脑血管疾病者；未有效控制的糖尿病；免疫缺陷疾病及肿瘤患者；皮肤破损、传染病、过敏等皮肤疾病患者； 5.认知障碍、精神疾病、大小便失禁者； 6。服用控制体重药物者（如等如奥利司他、利普斯他汀、芬特明、安非他酮等）； 7.妊娠期、哺乳期以及正在处于月经期妇女； 8.研究者认为不适合参与试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those with a history of musculoskeletal trauma or acute illness within the past month; 2.Those with a regular exercise habit lasting more than 3 months before the intervention; 3.Those currently participating in other weight loss-related trials; 4.Those with respiratory system diseases such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and pneumonia; those with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as hypertension, arrhythmia, coronary heart disease, and stroke; those with uncontrolled diabetes; those with immune deficiency diseases and tumors; those with skin diseases such as skin lesions, infectious diseases, and allergies; 5.Those with cognitive impairment, mental illness, and incontinence; 6.Those taking weight control drugs (such as orlistat, lorcaserin, phentermine, bupropion, etc.); 7.Pregnant women, lactating women, and women in their menstrual period; 8.Those deemed unsuitable for participation in the trial by the researchers.
