研究目的：

探讨心脏手术患者鱼精蛋白给药速度与不良反应发生率的关系，寻找心外科医生可以接受且不良反应发生率低的最佳给药速度，为临床医生用药提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship between protamine administration speed and the incidence of adverse reactions in cardiac surgery patients, and to find the best administration speed acceptable to cardiac surgeons with low incidence of adverse reactions, so as to provide reference for clinicians.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患者年龄小于18岁，大于60岁； （2）急诊手术； （3）海鲜或动物蛋白过敏患者； （4）肺动脉收缩压大于90mmHg患者； （5）既往行心脏手术的患者； （6）使用含鱼精蛋白胰岛素的糖尿病患者； （7）因任何原因不愿参与此研究的患者;

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The age of the patient is less than 18 years old and more than 60 years old; (2) Emergency surgery; (3) Patients with seafood or animal protein allergy; (4) Patients with pulmonary artery systolic blood pressure greater than 90mmHg; (5) Patients with previous heart surgery; (6) Patients with diabetes who use protamine insulin; (7) Patients who do not want to participate in this study for any reason;
