研究目的：

研发以学校场景为主的肥胖儿童体重管理运动综合干预措施，并通过随机平行对照试验评估其对肥胖儿童体重控制的干预效果. （1）以学校课后延时服务为载体，通过提供运动干预课程，并联合个体-家长-学校的健康教育（干预）对肥胖儿童进行干预，比较其与常规学校身体活动安排联合健康教育（对照）对学龄期肥胖儿童体重控制及相关心血管健康状况改善的效果差异；（2）对实施以校园为基础的额外运动干预课程进行过程评估，以评估其执行程度、适用性和可接受性等。

Objectives of Study：

A comprehensive exercise intervention for weight management of obese children based on school scenarios was developed, and its effect on weight control of obese children was evaluated by a randomized parallel controlled trial. (1) Using after-school delay service as the carrier, exercise intervention courses were provided for obese children and combined with individual-parent-school health education (intervention) to compare the effects of physical activity arrangement combined with routine school health education (control) on weight control and related cardiovascular health status of school-age obese children; (2) Process evaluation of the implementation of additional campus-based exercise intervention courses to assess the degree of implementation, applicability, acceptability, etc.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）长期病假或休学；（2）缺乏基础运动能力；（3）严重肥胖（BMI值超过1.2倍肥胖切点）；（4）有相关疾病影响身体活动能力或者可能在身体活动时造成较大健康损害者：严重的心脏疾病：儿童如果有严重的心脏问题或器质性病变，如先天性心脏病、心脏瓣膜问题或心律失常等严重的呼吸系统问题：儿童如果有严重的呼吸系统疾病，如哮喘或慢性阻塞性肺病等严重的骨骼或关节问题：儿童如果有严重的骨骼或关节问题，如骨折、严重的关节炎或韧带损伤等慢性疾病管理：某些慢性疾病，如糖尿病、癫痫或甲状腺问题等，可能需要特殊的运动管理

Exclusion criteria：

(1) long-term sick leave or suspension from school; (2) Lack of basic motor ability; (3) Severe obesity (BMI more than 1.2 times the obesity cut-off point); (4) Those who have related diseases that affect their physical activity ability or may cause greater health damage during physical activity: Serious heart disease: If the child has serious heart problems or organic diseases, such as congenital heart disease, heart valve problems or arrhythmias Serious respiratory problems: Children with serious respiratory diseases, such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Serious bone or joint problems: Children who have serious bone or joint problems, such as fractures, severe arthritis or ligament damage Chronic disease management: Certain chronic conditions, such as diabetes, epilepsy, or thyroid problems, may require special exercise management

以性别（男和女）和年龄组（3-5年级[8-11岁]和6-8年级[12-15岁]）为分层变量，在分层的基础上，将研究对象随机分为干预组和对照组（图3）。每个分层组的分组比例为1:1，即干预组和对照组的样本量相等。随机化将由研究团队中独立于干预和数据分析的成员负责，以防止分配偏倚。随机程序由R语言或Excel生成。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

With gender and age group as stratified variables, the subjects were randomly divided into intervention group and control group on the basis of stratification. Each stratified group had a 1:1 grouping ratio, meaning that the sample size of the intervention group and the control group were equal. Randomization will be handled by members of the research team who are independent of the intervention and data analysis to prevent allocation bias. Random programs are generated in R language or Excel.

盲法：	本研究采用对研究者设盲的单盲方式减少干预效果评估的偏见，提高研究结果的可靠性。在数据分析阶段，由数据管理人员对数据进行编码处理，以达到主要研究者在进行统计分析时不知道干预分组的组别信息。
Blinding：	This study adopted a single blind approach of blinding the researchers to reduce bias in the evaluation of intervention effectiveness and improve the reliability of the research results. In the data analysis stage, data management personnel encode and process the data to ensure that the main researchers do not know the group information of the intervention group when conducting statistical analysis.
