研究目的：

本次临床研究主要是探究骨刺膏延缓膝骨关节炎患者软骨退化是否通过影响患者血清COMP、MMP-13水平而发挥作用。从微观结构来研究陇中骨刺膏治疗骨关节炎的机理有可能从更深层次揭示中医药治疗骨关节炎的分子平衡机制，在此基础上开展对中药复方及其活性成分的层进式研究，其重要意义在于为骨刺膏治疗骨关节炎的临床应用提供实验依据，并为进一步筛选具有一定靶向性的治疗骨关节炎的中药制剂提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

The clinical research is mainly to explore the bone spur paste delay whether patients with knee osteoarthritis cartilage degeneration by influencing the patients' serum COMP, MMP - 13 levels and play a role. From microscopic structure to study the mechanism of bone spur paste (3) in the therapy of osteoarthritis might from a deeper level to reveal molecular balance mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of osteoarthritis, on the basis of the conduct of traditional Chinese medicine compound layer and its active ingredients into the type study, its significance lies in for the spurs to cream in the treatment of osteoarthritis provides the experimental basis for clinical application, and is targeted for further screening of TCM and provide new ideas for the treatment of osteoarthritis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患者膝关节骨性关节炎程度严重，关节间隙显著狭窄，有手术绝对适应征；（2）患者膝关节骨性关节炎程度严重，必需采取激素类药物治疗以控制病情；（3）伴有其他类型膝关节炎，严重心、肝、肾等器官疾病、传染病及等全身重大疾病者；（4）严重血象异常；（5）3个月内曾采取激素治疗（不包括短暂局部少量采取激素治疗皮肤疾病）；（6）不能坚持本方案治疗或接受其他治疗方法,不能配合治疗完成全程，影响疗效观察者；（7）既往有痛风者，类风湿因子、血尿酸阳性者；（8）皮肤病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) the degree of patients with knee osteoarthritis, joint gap significantly narrow, operation indicatio absolutely;
(2) the degree of patients with knee osteoarthritis, needed to take hormonal medication to control;
(3) associated with other types of knee osteoarthritis, serious heart, liver, kidney and other organ diseases, infectious diseases and major disease all over the body such as;
(4) serious abnormal urinalysis performed; Within 3 months;
(5) has taken hormone therapy (not including short local small take hormone treatment of skin disease);
(6) can't insist on treatment or other treatment method, the scheme can't cooperate to finish the whole course treatment, affect curative effect observer;
(7) always have gout, rheumatoid factor, blood uric acid was;
(8) patients with skin diseases.

采用随机表法将90位患者分为2组:对照组患者45例,予奇正消痛贴膏治疗；治疗组患者45例,予陇中骨刺膏治疗。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

对纳入患者在治疗前、治疗后2周、治疗后4周进行CRF表评分，根据患者膝关节疼痛度及活动度打分，并检测血清COMP、MMP-13水平。
