评价五味苦参肠溶胶囊在广泛使用条件下的安全性和有效性  

Objectives of Study：

The study is aimed to explore the safety and effectiveness of Five-Flavor Sophora Flavescens Enteric-coated Capsules under widely used conditions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 病情属缓解期者；(2) 有肠道器质性病变及严重的并发症；(3) 感染性结肠炎及克罗恩病、缺血性结肠炎、放射性结肠炎、寄生虫感染等引起的腹泻者；(4) QTc延长，低血钾；(5) 合并肝、肾、造血系统、内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病及精神病患者；(6) 肝功能ALT、AST超过参考值上限2倍者；(7) 对本研究药物已知成分、任何辅料过敏者；(8) 妊娠或计划妊娠的女性，哺乳期妇女；(9) 一个月内参加过其他临床试验者；(10) 根据研究者的判断，不适宜参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) in remission condition;
(2) have intestinal organic diseases and other serious complications;
(3) infectious colitis and diarrhea patients caused by crohn disease, ischemic colitis and radiation colitis;
(4) prolonged QTc, hypokalemia;
(5) have severe liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system primary diseases or any mental illness;
(6) ALT≥2 ULN,AST≥2 ULN;
(7) allergic constitution or allergic to any known medcine components;
(8) Pregnancy, lactation, or recent pregnancy planners;
(9) participated in other clinical trials within one month;
(10) According to the researchers' judgment, not suitable to participate in this research.
