通过观察奥希替尼联合微波消融对 EGFR 突变阳性 NSCLC 的临床疗效，为今后的治疗和研究提供新的治疗方法和数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

By observing the clinical efficacy of Osimertinib combined with microwave ablation in EGFR mutation-positive NSCLC, we can provide new treatment methods and data support for future treatment and research.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.组织病理为非 NSCLC 患者和(或)TNM 分期小于 IIIB； 2.之前接受过放化疗或局部热消融治疗；有远处器官转移.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with histopathological non-NSCLC and/or TNM stage less than IIIB; 2. Prior radiotherapy or local thermal ablation; distant organ metastases.

郭军辉采用随机对照试验，按患者就诊的先后顺序编号 1 至 64，记录在 Excel 表格中，并将 64 个数行列转换为 2列 32 行，随机排序，第一列为观察组，第二列为对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Guo Junhui used a randomised controlled trial, numbering the patients from 1 to 64 in the order in which they attended the clinic, recording them in an Excel spreadsheet and converting the 64 numbered rows and columns into 2 columns and 32 rows, randomly ordering them so that the first column was the observation group and the second the control group.
