Objectives of Study：

Leveraging multimodal artificial intelligence techniques for deep learning analysis of HE-stained and P53 immunohistochemical images in non-small cell lung cancer, our objective is to attain accurate prediction of TP53 gene mutation status.

1.转移性肿瘤；
2.病理切片质量不合格病例；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Metastatic tumors;
2.Cases with suboptimal pathological slide quality;
