研究目的：

寻找对肺氧化应激影响最小的通气模式和方式，从而改善患者肺功能，促进患者术后快速康复。

Objectives of Study：

Looking for ventilation mode and mode of minimal impact on oxidative stress in the lungs, thereby improving lung function in patients, and promote rapid recovery of patients after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

病人或其家属不签署知情同意书；
术前ASA分级在Ⅲ级以上；
低蛋白血症；
困难气道；
术前存在急性上呼吸道疾病或者COPD、哮喘等肺功能不全的疾病；
术前存在高血压三级、冠心病、心律失常等心血管疾病，糖尿病等代谢性疾病；
术前使用糖皮质激素，三环类抗抑郁药等；
术前接受放化疗治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients or their families do not sign an informed consent form;
2.Preoperative ASA grade in grade Ⅲ or more;
3.Hypoproteinemia;
4.Difficult airway;
5.Preoperative existence of acute upper respiratory tract disease or COPD, asthma and other lung dysfunction disease;
6.Preoperative existence of hypertension, coronary heart disease, arrhythmia and other cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and other metabolic diseases;
7.Preoperative use of corticosteroids, tricyclic antidepressants;
8.Preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment.
