研究目的：

（1）本研究通过收集胎盘，提取胎盘抗原肽复合物，开展胃癌、肺癌免疫治疗的基础科研和临床前研究，为最终开发高效低毒的新型药物奠定基础。 （2）揭示GP96-IG抗原在癌症患者免疫反应中的影响和作用机制，为发现新的临床治疗靶点提供有力的科学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) In this study, we collected placenta and extracted placental antigenic peptide complexes to carry out basic scientific research and preclinical studies on immunotherapy for gastric and lung cancers, and to lay the foundation for the eventual development of highly efficient and low-toxic novel drugs. (2) To reveal the influence and mechanism of action of GP96-IG antigen in the immune response of cancer patients, and to provide strong scientific evidence for the discovery of new clinical therapeutic targets.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①患有未经控制的心脏病、糖尿病、高血压、肺病等慢性疾病，或者有活动性感染（如结核、HIV、HBV、HCV感染）的患者。伴有自身免疫学疾病，需要全身使用免疫抑制剂或激素治疗的患者; ②已知存在脑转移或脊髓压迫的情况； ③正在接受其他临床试验或干预措施的患者; ④存在严重的精神疾病或认知障碍，无法理解研究内容或配合完成必要的研究流程; ⑤gp96抗原肽复合物过敏； ⑦患者自愿退出本实验； ⑧怀孕或哺乳期妇女； ⑨其他经治医师认为不适合纳入的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with uncontrolled heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, lung disease and other chronic diseases, or with active infection (such as tuberculosis, HIV, HBV, HCV infection). Patients with concomitant autoimmune diseases requiring systemic immunosuppressant or hormone therapy; (2) Known presence of brain metastases or spinal cord compression; (3) patients who are undergoing other clinical trials or interventions; (4) Severe mental illness or cognitive impairment, unable to understand the research content or cooperate with the completion of the necessary research process; (5) Allergy to gp96 antigen-peptide complex; (7) The patient voluntarily withdrew from the experiment; (8) Pregnant or lactating women; (9) Other patients who are considered by the treating physician to be unsuitable for inclusion.
