研究目的：

溃疡性结肠炎（Ulcerative colitis,UC）是一种肠道非特异性慢性复发性疾病，其主要病变部位在大肠粘膜粘膜下层，好发于直肠或乙状结肠，可延伸造成全结肠溃疡，且存在癌变风险。UC发病率在北美和欧洲国家较高，但近年来在中国、日本等亚洲国家发病率呈逐步逐年上升趋势。目前UC诊断缺乏金标准，在排除感染性及其感染性结肠炎的基础上，需结合临床、消化道内窥镜下特点和组织病理学表现，进行综合判断，但这些多为侵入性检查方法，费用昂贵且操作复杂。利用粪便样本筛选溃疡性结肠炎诊断标志物，而粪便检测具有方便、无创、快速、廉价等优点，对于提高UC的诊断和鉴别诊断水平具有重要意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a non-specific chronic recurrent disease of the intestine. The main lesions are in the submucosa of the large intestine, usually in the rectum or sigmoid colon, which can extend to cause whole colon ulcers, and there is a risk of carcinogenesis. The incidence of UC is high in North America and European countries, but in recent years, the incidence rate in China, Japan and other Asian countries has gradually increased year by year. At present, there is no gold standard for the diagnosis of UC. On the basis of excluding infectious and infectious colitis, a comprehensive judgment should be made based on clinical, gastrointestinal endoscopic characteristics and histopathological findings. However, these are mostly invasive methods, expensive and complicated to operate. Fecal samples are used to screen diagnostic markers of ulcerative colitis, and fecal detection has the advantages of convenience, non-invasive, rapid and inexpensive, which is of great significance for improving the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of UC.

排除标准：

1.既往有结肠癌、其他肠道肿瘤、结核性肠炎等病史的患者。 2.参与其他临床研究者。 孕妇及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of colon cancer, other intestinal tumors, and tuberculous enteritis. 2. Participate in other clinical investigators. Pregnant and breastfeeding women.
