研究目的：

本技术拟使用永久修复体对初期稳定性良好的单颗种植体进行即刻负荷，以期能在在保证种植修复治疗效果的前提下缩短患者治疗周期，尽早恢复单颗后牙缺失患者的咀嚼功能。  

Objectives of Study：

This technology intends to use permanent restorations to immediately load a single implant with good initial stability, in order to shorten the patient's treatment cycle and restore chewing function in patients with single posterior tooth loss as early as possible while ensuring the effectiveness of implant restoration treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）口腔内存在急性炎症； 2）种植位点需进行软硬组织增量； 3）牙周病未经治疗者； 4）严重的夜磨牙者； 5）重度吸烟（≥10 支）或酗酒； 6）影响软组织愈合及骨结合的系统性疾病（如未经控制的糖尿病、骨质疏松等）； 7）服用双磷酸盐或抗凝血药物； 8）妊娠期或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1) There is acute inflammation in the oral cavity; 2) The planting site needs to undergo soft and hard tissue increment; 3) Untreated periodontal disease patients; 4) Severe nocturnal bruxists; 5) Heavy smoking (>= 10 cigarettes) or excessive drinking; 6) Systemic diseases that affect soft tissue healing and osseointegration (such as uncontrolled diabetes, osteoporosis, etc.); 7) Taking bisphosphonates or anticoagulant drugs; 8) Pregnant or lactating women.
