研究目的：

調查一項為期六週的工具整合懷舊治療計劃對老年人憂鬱，自尊，行為困擾，孤寂感和生活滿意度的影響。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of a 6-week Instrumental Integrative Reminiscence Therapy programs on Elders' depression, self-esteem, behavioral disturbances, loneliness, and life satisfaction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)過去曾接受懷舊治療訓練者。 2) 經醫師診斷有嚴重精神疾病（依據國際疾病分類第十版 International Classification of Disease-10; ICD-10，包含的疾病診斷為思覺失調症、重度憂鬱症與躁鬱症等），無法配合訓練進行者。 3) 嚴重聽力或溝通能力障礙者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those who have previously undergone reminiscence therapy training. 2.Individuals diagnosed with severe mental disorders by a physician (according to the International Classification of Diseases, 10th Edition; ICD-10), including diagnoses such as schizophrenia, severe depressive disorder, and bipolar disorder, who are unable to participate in the training. 3.Those with severe hearing impairments or communication difficulties.
