研究目的:

本研究拟应用血管周围间隙扩散张量成像指数无创评估脑类淋巴系统功能,建立正常人类淋巴系统功能和认知功能评估体系,基于人工智能量化CSVD单独影像标志物及总体负荷,比较正常脑类淋巴系统功能与脑小血管患者类淋巴系统功能有无差异以及类淋巴系统功能障碍是否介导CSVD与认知功能之间的关系。本研究探讨脑小血管病患者中类淋巴系统功能与脑小血管病发生的关系,对于理解脑小血管病的发病机制和寻找新的干预靶点有着重要的意义。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to apply the diffusion tensor imaging analysis along the perivascular space index (DTI-ALPS index) to non-invasively evaluate the function of the brain's glymphatic system. The goal is to establish a functional and cognitive assessment system for the normal human glymphatic system. Based on artificial intelligence, we will quantitatively assess imaging biomarkers and overall burden of cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD), comparing the differences in glymphatic system function between healthy brains and those affected by CSVD. Additionally, we will investigate whether glymphatic dysfunction mediates the relationship between CSVD and cognitive function.This research explores the relationship between glymphatic system function and the development of CSVD in patients with cerebral small vessel diseasdiffusion tensor image analysis along the perivascular space index, DTI-ALPS indexe, which holds significant importance for understanding the pathogenesis of CSVD and identifying potential new intervention targets.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.无法获取完整临床资料者;2.炎性脱髓鞘疾病、代谢性脑病、感染性脑病等白质病变;3.伴有颅内占位、感染、创伤、脑出血、大面积梗死等异常颅脑改变;4.有磁共振检查禁忌症或不能配合检查等原因无法获得清晰影像学资料的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Patients who cannot obtain complete clinical data; 2.White matter lesions due to inflammatory demyelinating diseases, metabolic brain disorders, infectious brain diseases, etc.; 3.Abnormal intracranial changes, such as intracranial mass lesions, infections, trauma, cerebral hemorrhage, large infarctions, etc.; 4.Patients who have contraindications for MRI or cannot cooperate with the examination, resulting in unclear imaging data.
