研究目的：

探索低聚异麦芽糖复合妇科凝胶是否能改善多囊卵巢综合征患者冻融胚胎移植结局，明确其安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether isomaltooligosaccharide combined gynecological gel can improve the outcome of freeze-thaw embryo transfer in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and clarify its safety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 已知对凝胶及其中任何成分过敏； 2) 合并子宫粘膜下、肌壁间肌瘤，子宫腺肌症，宫腔黏连，子宫畸形等影响胚胎着床的因素； 3) 合并心血管、呼吸系统、消化系统慢性疾病，合并系统性红斑狼疮等免疫性疾病，合并糖尿病等代谢性疾病； 4) 治疗前3个月内参加过其它药物临床试验或器械临床试验，并使用试验药物或使用试验器械者； 5) 经研究者判断存在可能影响本研究判断的其他医学状况。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Allergy to the gel and any of its ingredients; 2) Uterine submucous and intermuscular myoma, uterine adenomyosis, uterine adhesions, uterine malformations and other factors affecting embryo implantation; 3) Chronic diseases of cardiovascular system, respiratory system and digestive system, immune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, and metabolic diseases; 4) Have participated in other drug clinical trials or device clinical trials within 3 months before treatment, and have used experimental drugs or used experimental devices; 5) Other medical conditions identified by the investigator that may affect the judgment of this study.
