本研究旨在探讨胆囊手术患者在术前清醒状态、麻醉状态和术后苏醒状态下的脑电微状态与脑功能连接的动态变化,具体目标如下: 1.探索术前清醒状态、麻醉状态和苏醒状态下的脑电微状态特征及其差异:分析不同状态下脑电信号的空间模式和时间特征,识别并比较清醒、麻醉及苏醒状态下的脑电微状态。 2.研究麻醉状态下脑电微状态与脑功能连接的关系:探索麻醉过程中的脑电微状态和功能连接之间的相互作用,研究麻醉对脑区间功能连接的具体影响。 3.分析苏醒过程中的脑电微状态与脑功能连接的恢复规律:考察术后苏醒阶段脑电微状态的演变以及脑功能连接的恢复模式,进一步理解麻醉药物的代谢与大脑功能恢复之间的关系。 揭示麻醉药物对脑电微状态和功能连接的影响机制:通过对不同麻醉深度和药物的应用,探讨麻醉药物对脑电活动和脑功能网络的具体作用机制。  

Objectives of Study:

The aim of this study is to explore the dynamic changes in the connectivity between EEG micro states and brain function in patients undergoing gallbladder surgery during preoperative wakefulness, anesthesia, and postoperative wakefulness. The specific objectives are as follows: 1. Explore the characteristics and differences of EEG micro states in preoperative awake, anesthetized, and awake states: analyze the spatial patterns and temporal features of EEG signals in different states, identify and compare the EEG micro states in awake, anesthetized, and awake states. 2. Study the relationship between EEG microstates and brain functional connectivity under anesthesia: Explore the interaction between EEG microstates and functional connectivity during anesthesia, and investigate the specific effects of anesthesia on brain functional connectivity. 3. Analyze the recovery pattern of brain electrical microstate and brain functional connectivity during the awakening process: investigate the evolution of brain electrical microstate and the recovery mode of brain functional connectivity during the postoperative awakening stage, and further understand the relationship between the metabolism of anesthetic drugs and the recovery of brain function. Revealing the mechanism of the effect of anesthetic drugs on the micro state and functional connectivity of EEG: By exploring the specific mechanism of anesthetic drugs on EEG activity and brain functional networks through different anesthesia depths and drug applications.

排除标准:

1.重大健康问题:存在严重的心脏、肝脏、肾脏等重要脏器的疾病,或严重的系统性疾病(如糖尿病、严重的高血压等) 2.脑部疾病:既往有脑外伤史或严重脑部疾病(如癫痫、脑中风、脑肿瘤、认知障碍等) 3.精神疾病:诊断为严重的精神障碍,如精神分裂症、重度抑郁症等,无法配合研究的参与 4.使用可能影响脑电活动的药物(例如长期使用抗癫痫药、抗抑郁药、镇静药等) 5.急性疾病或紧急手术 6.对麻醉药物有严重过敏史或其他影响麻醉安全性的病史 7.孕妇或哺乳期妇女,因麻醉药物及研究设计对其安全性存在潜在影响 8.患者因语言障碍、认知障碍或其他原因无法理解并签署知情同意书,或无法完成相关的脑电数据采集和监测

Exclusion criteria:

1. Major health problems: serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney and other important organs, or serious systemic diseases (such as diabetes, severe hypertension, etc.) 2. Brain diseases: Previous history of traumatic brain injury or severe brain diseases (such as epilepsy, stroke, brain tumors, cognitive impairment, etc.) 3. Mental illness: Diagnosed as a serious mental disorder, such as schizophrenia, severe depression, etc., unable to participate in the study 4. Use drugs that may affect brain electrical activity (such as long-term use of antiepileptic drugs, antidepressants, sedatives, etc.) 5. Acute illness or emergency surgery 6. History of severe allergies to anesthetic drugs or other factors affecting anesthesia safety 7. Pregnant or lactating women may have potential safety concerns due to anesthesia drugs and research design 8. The patient is unable to understand and sign the informed consent form due to language barriers, cognitive impairments, or other reasons, or is unable to complete the relevant EEG data collection and monitoring
