研究目的:

龋齿是影响所有年龄段的人类的最普遍和最昂贵的传染病之一。它是由唾液覆盖的牙齿表面上形成的致龋龈上牙菌斑引起的,但病因仍然难以捉摸。较为严重的龋病会严重危害儿童牙齿以及心理,对其的传统治疗方法,氟化物的量减少,容易造成继发龋和原发龋病的再次发生,需要专业人士补充氟化物并且氟化物的量过多容易造成儿童氟化物中毒。益生菌疗法在目前的多项研究中可以作为一种有效改善口腔生物微环境的一种良好的方法,其益生菌后生元也具有较好的治疗潜力,并且后生元在患龋儿童方面的研究较少以及相关作用机理仍不明确。因此,本次研究通过在临床上探究后生元对患龋儿童在填充治疗后对于其的治疗作用。旨在阐明后生元对儿童龋病的辅助改善效果,从而减少儿童龋病的复发以及继发龋的发生,为儿童龋病探索一种更为方便有效且成本更低的治疗方法提供了一些新思路。  

Objectives of Study:

Teeth are one of the most prevalent and expensive infectious diseases affecting humans of all ages. It is caused by cariogenic plaque that forms on the surface of the saliva covered tooth, but the cause remains elusive. More serious caries will seriously harm children's teeth and psychology, the traditional treatment method, the amount of fluoride is reduced, it is easy to cause secondary caries and primary caries recurrence, the need for professionals to supplement fluoride and the amount of fluoride is too much to cause fluoride poisoning in children. Probiotic therapy can be used as a good method to effectively improve the oral biological microenvironment in many current studies, and its probiotic postbiotics also have good therapeutic potential, and there are few studies on postbiotics in children with caries and the related mechanism of action is still unclear. Therefore, this study explored the therapeutic effect of postbiotics on children with caries after filling therapy by exploring the clinical effect. The aim of this study was to elucidate the effect of postbiotics on the auxiliary improvement of children's caries, so as to reduce the recurrence of children's caries and the occurrence of secondary caries, and to provide some new ideas for exploring a more convenient, effective and low-cost treatment for children's caries.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.任何可能干扰研究结果的家族遗传性疾病或严重系统性疾病; 2.近1个月内服用抗生素,6个月内服用激素和免疫抑制剂; 3.长期使用后生元产品者,日常喜爱咀嚼木糖醇口香糖,对后生元漱口水过敏者; 4.戴有矫治器、或牙体牙髓病治疗中、或肉眼可分辨的釉质发育不全\口腔粘膜发生具有临床意义的病变,如鹅口疮、疱疹性口炎细菌性口炎、创伤性溃疡、地图舌、口角炎及慢性唇炎等。 5.高氟区生活史。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Any familial hereditary disease or serious systemic disease that may interfere with the results of the study. 2.Taking antibiotics within 1 month, hormones and immunosuppressants within 6 months; 3.Those who have been using postbiotic products for a long time, like to chew xylitol chewing gum every day, and are allergic to postbiotic mouthwash; 4. Wearing appliances, or endodontic treatment, or enamel hypoplasia that can be distinguished by the naked eye; Clinically significant lesions of the oral mucosa, such as thrush, herpetic stomatitis, bacterial stomatitis, traumatic ulcers, geographic tongue, angular cheilitis, and chronic cheilitis; 5. Life history in high-fluoride areas.

(1)菌斑产酸能力试验 检测牙表面菌斑内产酸菌的产酸能力。用标准棉签涂擦一侧牙颊面菌斑4~5次,将棉签放置培养管内,37℃,48小时培养,观察培养液颜色变化。产酸能力由低到高依次是蓝紫色、绿色、黄绿色、黄色,分值分别为0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0。其中分值为0和0.5为低患龋风险,分值为1.0和1.5为中度患龋风险,分值为2.0、2.5和3.0为高度患龋 (2)唾液缓冲能力试
