探讨基因组不稳定性评分在晚期肺腺癌免疫治疗预后预测中的价值，实现患者分层，为临床精准治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the value of genomic instability score in predicting the prognosis of advanced lung adenocarcinoma after immunotherapy, to realize patient stratification and provide a basis for clinical precision treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.诊断不明；
2.合并其他恶性肿瘤；
3.有严重基础疾病或精神病患者；
4.病例确诊后失访患者；
5.患者依从性差、治疗及定期复查评估信息不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1.diagnosis in doubt; 2.Combined with other malignant tumors; 3.Patients with serious underlying diseases or mental illness; 4.Patients were lost to follow-up after diagnosis; 5.The patient's compliance was poor, and the information of treatment and regular review was incomplete.
