研究目的：

1. 主要目的：在使用眼底照进行眼病筛查时，评估 EyeFM 辅助诊断与传统眼科医生独立评估相比的有效性。这将涉及主要眼底疾病诊断准确率和转诊率的比较。 2. 次要目的： (1) 研究 EyeFM 辅助对眼科医生撰写主要眼底疾病报告质量的影响，重点是筛查方案的完整性、正确性和对临床指南的遵守情况。 (2) 研究 EyeFM辅助对筛查后患者依从性的影响，特别是评估 EyeFM 的辅助建议是否会提高确诊为重大眼疾患者的后续检查和治疗依从率。 (3) 研究 EyeFM辅助对患者就诊满意度的影响。 (4) 探索眼科医生对 EyeFM 模型的总体满意度，包括在诊断过程中的易用性和辅助价值，以及它在实际环境中对临床工作流程的影响。

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary objective: To assess the effectiveness of diagnoses with EyeFM copilot compared to traditional ophthalmologist assessments during screening scenarios using CFPs. This will involve a comparison of diagnostic accuracy and referral rates for major fundus diseases. 2. Secondary objectives: (1) To investigate the impact of EyeFM copilot on the quality of report writing by ophthalmologists for major fundus diseases, focusing on completeness, correctness, and adherence to clinical guidelines in screening scenarios. (2) To examine the effect of EyeFM on patient compliance following screening, specifically evaluating whether EyeFM-assisted recommendations lead to higher rates of adherence to follow-up examinations and treatments among patients diagnosed with major eye diseases. (3) To examine the effect of EyeFM on patient satisfaction of the screening experience. (4) To explore the satisfaction level of ophthalmologists to EyeFM copilot, including usability and effectiveness.

(1) 有眼部紧急主诉（包括突发的视力下降、眼红、眼痛、外伤等）； (2) 研究者认为可能危及受试者安全的任何情况； (3) 有药物滥用史者； (4) 有急性传染病者或处于传染病急性期者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with urgent ocular complain; (2) Any situation that the researcher believes may endanger the safety of the subjects. (3) Those who have a history of drug abuse; (4) Those with infectious diseases which are at active phase

Randomized grouping of participants (ophthalmologists and included patients): To ensure the reliability and generalizability of the study results, participants were randomly assigned to either the intervention or control group in a 1:1 ratio by means of the block randomization method; and the central randomization method was implemented using a central randomization system to achieve allocation concealment.
