研究目的：

研发肠道功能中医智能检测系统设备，建立治疗肠道功能障碍患者肠鸣音、布里斯托大便分类法与肠道功能康复临床大数据采集平台，大样本采集肠道功能障碍性患者肠鸣音、布里斯托大便分类法等数据和患者症状、体征，运用人工智能图像处理及辅助监测算法，建立规范性肠鸣音数据标准，探究智能肠鸣音检测系统联布里斯托大便分类法、症状、体征与肠道系统疾病之间的关联机制，构建肠道功能智能检测系统。推进早期干预、治疗和肠道功能康复的循证研究，制定肠道疾病精准与有效的预防、早期干预、改善预后的中国方案提供理论和实践基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Developing an intelligent diagnostic system for assessing gut function based on traditional Chinese medicine. Establishing a clinical big data collection platform for treating patients with intestinal dysfunction, focusing on bowel sounds, the Bristol Stool Scale, and gut function rehabilitation. This platform will collect data from a large sample of patients with intestinal functional disorders, including bowel sounds, Bristol Stool Scale classifications, and patient symptoms and signs. Using artificial intelligence for image processing and auxiliary monitoring algorithms, we aim to establish standardized guidelines for bowel sound data. We will explore the correlation mechanisms between the intelligent bowel sound detection system, the Bristol Stool Scale, symptoms, signs, and gastrointestinal diseases, to construct a smart detection system for gut function. This will promote evidence-based research on early intervention, treatment, and rehabilitation of gut function, and provide a theoretical and practical foundation for developing precise and effective prevention strategies, early interventions, and improved prognosis for intestinal diseases in China.

①意识不清 ②不能表达主观不适症状 ③不能配合肠鸣音及舌苔采集检查 ④严重精神障碍者 ⑤肠道或全身器质性病因以及药物因素所致的便秘 ⑥研究者判断不适宜参加临床试验

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unclear consciousness 2. Unable to express subjective discomfort symptoms 3. Unable to cooperate with bowel sound and tongue coating collection examinations 4. Individuals with severe mental disorders 5. Constipation caused by organic gastrointestinal or systemic factors, as well as medication factors 6. In the investigator's judgment, individuals deemed inappropriate to participate in the clinical trial
