研究目的：

根据放射治疗肿瘤学组（RTOG）的标准，评估口咽益生菌DSM 34540对口咽粘膜炎的疗效，该疗效由同一放射治疗师每周5次进行临床评分，以追踪RIOM在整个过程中的动态变化。  

Objectives of Study：

According to the criteria of the Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG), the efficacy of oral pharyngeal probiotic DSM 34540 in treating oropharyngeal mucositis was evaluated. The efficacy was clinically evaluated by the same radiation therapist five times a week to track the dynamic changes of RIOM throughout the entire process.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往接受过头颈部放射治疗的患者 2.口腔卫生不良和/或患有严重牙周病的患者 3.招募时呼吸道感染的活跃症状 4.菌血症的活跃症状 5.器官功能障碍的活跃症状 6.患有可能影响观察的慢性呼吸道疾病 7.患有可能影响观察的慢性口腔粘膜炎和溃疡

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have received previous radiation therapy for the head and neck region 2. Patients with poor oral hygiene and/or severe periodontal disease 3. Active symptoms of respiratory infections during recruitment 4. Active symptoms of bacteremia 5. Active symptoms of organ dysfunction 6. Suffering from chronic respiratory diseases that may affect observation 7. Suffering from chronic oral mucositis and ulcers that may affect observation

进行正常的治疗的前提下，施加益生菌干预。益生菌组的研究对象将获得7周的研究产品供应，并指示他们在放疗期间分别在早餐、午餐、晚餐后以及睡前刷牙和漱口后，每天服用4次单粒含片，以缓慢溶解含片的形式服用，持续7周。

The research subjects in the probiotic group will receive a 7-week supply of research products and will be instructed to take a single lozenge four times a day during radiotherapy, after brushing and rinsing their teeth and mouth before breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bedtime, in the form of slowly dissolving lozenges, for a duration of 7 weeks.
