评价小针刀治疗痉挛性斜颈的临床疗效和安全性，为该治疗方法的推广和应用提供科学依据和数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of small needle knife in the treatment of spasmodic torticollis, and to provide scientific basis and data support for the promotion and application of this treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）肝豆状核变性（2）帕金森氏病（3）脑瘫后遗症（4）外伤（5）感染。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Hepatomegaly; 2.Parkinson's disease; 3.Sequelae of cerebral palsy ; 4.Trauma ; 5. Infection.
