建立基于“积木式”锚接模型及人工智能辅助扩展现实导航腹腔镜肝切除技术算法模型并研发原型系统,实现术前三维重建模型与术中实际目标脏器影像的自动、精确非刚性配准,提升手术精准度和安全性,开展临床应用验证其准确性。  

Objectives of Study:

Establish an algorithm model for laparoscopic liver resection based on a "building block" anchoring model and artificial intelligence assisted augmented reality navigation, and develop a prototype system. Realize automatic and accurate non rigid registration between preoperative 3D reconstruction models and intraoperative actual target organ images. Improve surgical accuracy and safety. Conduct clinical application to verify its accuracy.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

①合并重度门脉高压或食道胃底静脉曲张出血风险者。 ②不愿行腹腔镜手术或不愿参加临床试验者。 ③肝脏二次手术或腹腔粘连严重者; ④肝硬化肝脏各叶比例严重失调经评估不适合入组者; ⑤仅行腹腔镜局部切除或肝脏楔形切除术者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Individuals at risk of severe portal hypertension or esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding 2. Those who are unwilling to undergo laparoscopic surgery or participate in clinical trials 3. Secondary liver surgery or severe abdominal adhesions; 4. Patients with severe imbalance in the proportion of liver lobes due to cirrhosis who have been evaluated as unsuitable for inclusion; 5. Patients who only undergo laparoscopic local resection or wedge resection of the liver.
