研究目的：

比较人工晶状体眼患者术后视觉功能与飞行人员视功能的差异  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the postoperative visual function of patients with intraocular lenses to the visual function of flight personnel.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①既往眼部手术史或眼部外伤史；②合并其他对术后视觉质量有影响的眼部疾病如、角膜炎，青光眼，糖尿病性视网膜病等；③晶状体悬韧带松弛或囊袋不稳定；④患有全身系统性疾病，经判定影响视觉质量；⑤复查术眼视力＜0.8和（或）视野、色觉异常；⑥随访期间患可能影响视觉质量的眼部疾病；⑦妊娠，哺乳；⑧长期服用药物：避孕药，激素类，化疗药，抗组胺药，免疫抑制剂、抗抑郁药物等。⑨不能良好配合参加检查或术后各随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of previous ocular surgery or ocular trauma; 2.Concomitant ocular diseases that may affect postoperative visual acuity, such as keratitis, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy; 3.Laxity of the zonular fibers or instability of the capsular bag; 4.Systemic diseases that have been determined to affect visual quality; 5.Postoperative re-examined visual acuity of the operated eye <0.8 and/or abnormal visual fields, color vision; 6.Development of ocular diseases during the follow-up period that may affect visual quality; 7.Pregnancy, lactation; 8.Long-term use of medications: contraceptives, hormones, chemotherapy drugs, antihistamines, immunosuppressants, antidepressants, etc.; 9.Patients who cannot cooperate well with examinations or postoperative follow-ups.
