研究目的：

1.证明姿势缺陷与压力性尿失禁的相关性，明确姿势训练的临床意义； 2.评估压力性尿失禁人群在姿势稳定过程中的肌肉激活变化，探索身体结构损伤影响盆底功能的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Prove the correlation between posture defects and stress urinary incontinence, and clarify the clinical significance of posture training; 2. Evaluate the muscle activation changes during posture stabilization in individuals with stress urinary incontinence, and explore the mechanisms by which structural damage affects pelvic floor function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

主要排除标准 1.满足以下任意一项即排除： 2.既往有器械助产分娩史（产钳、胎头吸引等）。 3.既往有计划外剖宫产分娩史。 4.既往分娩新生儿出生体重＞4.0 kg（巨大儿）。 5.既往有腹部手术史（剖宫产、阑尾切除术、腹腔镜检查 / 手术除外）。 6.既往有妇科手术史。 7.合并慢性心血管疾病、慢性肺部疾病。 8.存在反复下尿路感染病史。 9.有神经系统损伤病史（如脑梗死、脑出血、中风后遗症等）。 10.有骨盆或脊柱损伤病史。 次要排除标准 1.存在超重、肥胖状态者。 2.已进入更年期的女性。

Exclusion criteria：

Primary Exclusion Criteria 1. Subjects will be excluded if meeting any of the following: 2. History of instrumental delivery. 3. History of unplanned cesarean section. 4. History of delivering a neonate with birth weight > 4.0 kg (macrosomia). 5. History of abdominal surgery (excluding cesarean section, appendectomy, and laparoscopic examination). 6. History of gynecological surgery. 7. Comorbid chronic cardiovascular diseases or chronic pulmonary diseases. 8. History of frequent lower urinary tract infections. 9. History of neurological injury (e.g., stroke). 10. History of pelvic or spinal injury. Secondary Exclusion Criteria 1. Subjects with overweight, obesity. 2. Women who have reached menopause.
