研究目的：

1、探究健康人群和新发2型糖尿病人群中血清中内养素水平变化，明确内养素在2型糖尿病发生发展中的意义。 2、分析不同降糖方案治疗后血清内养素水平的变化,探讨血清内养素水平在人体解除高糖毒性后,呈现何种变化趋势,为内养素作为 2 型糖尿病治疗的新靶点提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the changes of serum endotrophin levels in healthy people and new type 2 diabetic people, and to clarify the significance of endotrophin in the development of type 2 diabetes. 2. To analyze the changes of serum endotrophin level after treatment with different glucose-lowering regimens, and to explore the changing trend of serum endotrophin level after detoxification of high glucose toxicity. To provide a new idea for endotrophin as a new target for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.其他类型糖尿病； 2.入院前使用过任何类型的降糖药物； 3.糖尿病急性代谢紊乱，如糖尿病酮症酸中毒，非酮症高渗性昏迷等； 4.任何类型的感染； 5.患有严重心、肝、肾、及脑血管等合并症； 6.任何恶性疾病； 7.手术或其他应激情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other types of diabetes; 2. use of any type of antidiabetic drugs before admission; 3. diabetes acute metabolic disorder, such as diabetic ketoacidosis, non-ketotic hyperosmolar coma, etc.; 4. Any type of infection; 5. has comorbidities such as gravity, liver, kidney and cerebrovascular diseases; 6. any malignant disease; 7. surgical or other stress conditions.
