通过人群临床试验研究Mn-Gup酸奶对肥胖伴高胆固醇血症人群血脂指标的调节作用。  

Objectives of Study：

A population-based clinical trial was conducted to investigate the effects of Mn-Gup yogurt on the regulation of lipid indices in an obese population with hypercholesterolemia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并有心、肝、肾和造血系统等严重疾病，精神病患者。②短期内服用与受试功能有关的物品，影响到对结果的判断者。③未按规定食用受试样品，无法判定功效或资料不全影响功效或安全性判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with a combination of serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys and hematopoietic system, and psychiatric patients.2.Those who have taken items related to the tested function for a short period of time, which affects the judgment of the results.3.Those who have not consumed the test samples in accordance with the regulations and cannot judge the efficacy or those whose information is incomplete and affects the judgment of efficacy or safety.

During this time, foods, beverages, and supplements that lower body fat, blood sugar, or blood lipids, as well as fermented foods and supplements containing probiotics, should not be consumed. The intervention period was 12 weeks, during which the participants were given Mn-Gup yogurt. The subjects maintained their original diet, exercise, and daily routine, but did not consume foods, beverages, and supplements that lower body fat, blood sugar, or blood lipids, as well as fermented foods and supplements containing probiotics.
