评估大剂量阿糖胞苷联合替莫唑胺对于难治复发原发中枢神经系统弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤的疗效

Objectives of Study：

to evaluate the effect of high dose cytarabine plus temozolomide for refractory/relapsed primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of central nervous system

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.HIV感染
2.其他活动性感染，如急性肝炎、结核、肺炎
3.eGFR<30ml/min
4.肝硬化，肝功能衰竭
5.心功能不全，LVEF<50%
6.合并存在其他不可治愈的恶性肿瘤

Exclusion criteria：

1. HIV infection;
2. other active infectious disease,such as acute hepatitis, tuberculosis, pneumonia, etc.;
3. eGFR<30ml/min;
4. cirrhosis,liver failure;
5. heart failure, LVEF<50%;
6. concommitant other incurable neoplasms.
