本课题克服前交叉韧带全内双束重建技术难题及评估其临床效果，为进一步的临床应用提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To resolve the difficult of surgical techniques and investigate clinical effect of all-inside double bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, which provide a theoretical basis for clinical application of all-inside double bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准： 二次手术;严重软骨损伤；心律失常、心肌梗死、心功能不全等严重疾病；膝内翻和膝外翻；拒接签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients will be excluded if they met any of the following criteria: second operation; articular cartilage lesion; arrhythmia, myocardial infarction ,cardiac insufficiency and other severe disease; knee valgus or knee varus; rufusing to sign informed consen

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集采用纸质的病例记录表，所有病例完成后，实用Epidata3.0软件建立数据库，负责整理实验数据的研究者，将纸质CRF的各项数据手工录入数据库中，数据库将会上传到ResMan数据平台

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data will be recorded in paper CRF（case record form）.After all cases finished, database will be created using software Epidata3.0.The researcher who is in charge of data will log data carefully.TheDatabase will be uploaded to ResMan.
