Objectives of Study：

To explore the influence of different exercise interventions (open exercise, closed exercise) on inhibition ability of obese college students.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患有心脏病、甲状腺分泌障碍、呼吸系统疾病、糖尿病、代谢系统疾病、有肢体运动障碍、以及服用诸如甲状腺激素，抗组胺药和某些抗抑郁药等药物、时间不充裕者任何一项为否者剔除。

Exclusion criteria：

People with heart disease, thyroid secretion disorders, respiratory diseases, diabetes, metabolic disorders, limb movement disorders, and taking medications such as thyroid hormones, antihistamines, and certain antidepressants, and not having enough time for any of these were excluded.
