研究目的：

1.评估不同营养治疗方案对慢阻肺稳定期患者肺康复过程中的临床疗效，为开展慢阻肺营养治疗的规范和标准制定提供依据； 2.形成涵盖肺功能、体成分、骨骼肌质量及功能、体能及日常活动能力、生活质量等指标的肺功能临床疗效的综合评估体系。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Evaluate the clinical efficacy of different nutritional treatment regimens in the pulmonary rehabilitation process of stable patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) , and provide a basis for the development of norms and standards for nutritional treatment of COPD; 2. Establish a comprehensive evaluation system for the clinical efficacy of lung function that covers indicators such as lung function, body composition, skeletal muscle mass and function, physical fitness and daily activity ability, and quality of life.

排除标准：

慢阻肺急性加重期、其他严重疾病及不能完成问卷调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, other serious illnesses, and those who are unable to complete the questionnaire survey.
