研究目的：

（1）了解农村留守儿童社交焦虑与自我意识现状，为制定实验计划、进行实验干预奠定基础。 （2）验证体育舞蹈对农村留守儿童社交焦虑与自我意识的干预效果，为体育运动领域与留守儿童心理健康领域提供一定的实证支持。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To understand the current situation of social anxiety and self-consciousness of left-behind children in rural areas, and to lay the foundation for the development of the experimental plan and the experimental intervention. (2) To verify the intervention effect of sports dance on social anxiety and self-consciousness of rural left-behind children, and to provide some empirical support for the field of sports and left-behind children's mental health.

At the end of the baseline assessment, an independent researcher, blinded to the participants’ identities, used SPSS 29.0 to generate random numbers. Participants were then randomly assigned to either the experimental or control group in a 1:1 ratio.
