研究目的：

以我中心拟牵头开展的全国多中心前瞻性随机对照临床研究为基础，收集接受内镜下袖状胃成形术减重人群的粪便和血液样本，探索内镜下袖状胃成形术的肠道菌群及激素变化情况。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the national multi-center prospective randomized controlled clinical study to be led by our center, stool and blood samples of people who underwent endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty for weight loss were collected to explore the intestinal flora and hormone changes during endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.上消化道手术史（胆囊切除术除外）；
2.曾接受开放式或腹腔镜减肥手术；
3.活动性消化性溃疡；
4.消化道存在出血或潜在出血情况的患者，例如食管或胃底静脉曲张、肠毛细血管扩张等；
5.伴随消化道或其他脏器进展期恶性肿瘤；
6.明确诊断为1型糖尿病；
7.胰岛β细胞功能已基本丧失，C肽≤正常低限值的1/2或糖负荷下C肽释放曲线低平的患者；
8.患有难以控制的精神疾病；
9.当前存在药物滥用或酗酒问题；
10.经研究者判断，全身状况差，存在内镜检查禁忌的患者；
11.研究者认为凝血功能不宜接受内镜手术的患者；
12.严重的肝肾功能障碍，血肌酐浓度大于180μmol/L的患者；
13.严重感染未得到控制，不宜进行手术的患者；
14.妊娠和哺乳期妇女；
15.近1年内有妊娠计划的女性；
16.无法使用或不愿意使用质子泵抑制剂；
17.需要定期使用非甾体类抗炎药，包括阿司匹林，双氯芬酸，布洛芬，萘普生或其他已知的胃刺激药物的患者；
18.未经治疗或不受控制的甲状腺功能障碍；
19.术前28天内服用过皮质类固醇、免疫抑制剂、麻醉剂和减肥药药物的患者；
20.NYHA 心功能Ⅲ级以上或者肺功能障碍的患者；
21.咽部或食道狭窄，内窥镜无法通过的患者；
22.筛选前3个月内参加过任何临床试验且接受过试验用药品或器械治疗者；
23.对聚丙烯、钛合金等材质过敏者；
24.饮食不调，包括厌食症或暴饮暴食；
25.未来一年内准备接受根据个人意愿选择的外科减重手术的患者；
26.研究者认为不宜参加本试验的任何其他情况的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of upper gastrointestinal surgery (except cholecystectomy);
2.Have undergone open or laparoscopic bariatric surgery;
3.Active peptic ulcer;
4.Patients with bleeding or potential bleeding conditions in the digestive tract, such as esophageal or fundus varicose veins, intestinal telangiectasia, etc;
5.Accompanied by advanced malignant tumors of digestive tract or other organs;
6.Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes;
7.Islet beta cell function has been basically lost, C-peptide ≤ 1/2 of the normal low limit or the C-peptide release curve under glucose load is low;
8.Has a difficult mental illness to control;
9.Current drug or alcohol abuse problems;
10.According to the researchers' judgment, patients with poor systemic condition and contraindication of endoscopy exist;
11.Patients with coagulation function deemed unsuitable for endoscopic surgery;
12.Patients with severe hepatic and renal dysfunction with a creatinine concentration greater than 180μmol/L;
13.Patients with severe infection that is not under control and is not suitable for surgery;
14.Pregnant and lactating women;
15.Women who have planned a pregnancy within the last 1 year;
16.Inability or unwillingness to use proton pump inhibitors;
17.Patients who require regular use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, including aspirin, diclofenac, ibuprofen, naproxen, or other known stomach irritants;
18.Untreated or uncontrolled thyroid dysfunction;
19.Patients who had taken corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, anesthetics, and weight loss drugs in the 28 days prior to surgery;
20.NYHA patients with cardiac function grade III or above or pulmonary dysfunction;
21.Patients with a narrow pharynx or esophagus that cannot be passed through an endoscope;
22.Participants who have participated in any clinical trial and received investigational drug or device therapy within 3 months prior to screening;
23.Allergic to polypropylene, titanium alloy and other materials;
24.Eating disorders, including anorexia or binge eating;
25.Patients who are prepared to undergo surgical weight loss surgery of their choice within the next year;
26.Patients with any other condition that the investigator deems inappropriate to participate in this trial;
