本研究旨在探索CCT与SST相结合在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果，通过对比分析不同教学方法对住培医师理论知识、临床操作技能及应急处理能力的影响，评估这种新型教学模式的有效性和可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to explore the application effect of combining CCT and SST in standardized training for anesthesiologists. By comparing and analyzing the impact of different teaching methods on the theoretical knowledge, clinical operation skills, and emergency response abilities of resident trainees, the effectiveness and feasibility of this new teaching model are evaluated.

排除标准：

1.故意不完成带教教师开展的教学内容；
2.住培期间由于特殊原因退出者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Intentionally failing to complete the teaching content carried out by the instructor;
2.Those who withdraw during the residency period due to special reasons;
