研究目的：

针对大气颗粒物对人体的健康危害现状，通过对不同污染状况下采取与不采取防护或干预措施，评价口罩对慢性气道性疾病人群（慢阻肺、哮喘）的防护效果，形成重污染天气呼吸人群的个性化防护技术方案。  

Objectives of Study：

In view of the current situation of human body's health hazard caused by airborne particles, we evaluated the protective effect of masks on COPD patients (COPD, asthma) by taking or not taking protective measures or interventions under different pollution conditions to form personalized protection of the crowd technical solutions in heavily polluted weather.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有严重心脑血管疾病、肝肾功能不全、癫痫及其他神经精神性疾病、活动性肺结核等慢性疾病史、肿瘤、接受抗结核治疗或合并影响信息收集的患者
②近3个月接受过胸部、腹部和眼科手术者
③怀孕及哺乳期妇女
④未签署知情同意书

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, epilepsy and other neuropsychiatric diseases, active history of tuberculosis and other chronic diseases, cancer, patients receiving anti-TB treatment or combination of impact information collection;
2. nearly 3 months had chest, abdomen and eye surgery;
3. pregnant and lactating women;
4. did not sign the informed consent.
