研究目的：

本研究的目的在于评估PRP对不孕妇女冷冻复苏周期中内膜的作用，观察PRP是否能够改善薄型子宫内膜，高龄及反复着床失败患者子宫内膜容受性，以提高复苏周期临床妊娠率。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of intrauterine infusion of PRP in the treatment of endometrium in FET cycles in fertile women.To observe whether PRP can improve endometrial receptivity in patients with thin endometrium, old age and repeated implantation failure, so as to improve the clinical pregnancy rate of resuscitation cycle.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

子宫内膜息肉，子宫内膜炎，子宫内膜结核，畸形子宫，甲状腺功能亢进或减退及其他影响妊娠的内分泌疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Endometrial polyps, endometritis, endometrial tuberculosis, malformed uterus, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, and other endocrine diseases that affect pregnancy.
