通过与常规气管插管麻醉方案相比，评估无管化麻醉在儿童胸腔镜手术中应用的有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

By comparing with the traditional intubated anesthesia, to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tubeless anesthesia in pediatric video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①预计失血量大于总血容量10%；②胸部神经阻滞禁忌症；③术前2周呼吸道感染史；④困难气道者；⑤精神疾病或智力发育异常。

Exclusion criteria：

Expected loss of blood >10% total blood volume;Contraindications for thoracic nerve block;History of respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks before surgery;Expected difficult airway;Mental illness or abnormal intellectual development.
