研究目的:

探究脑影像引导的注意缺陷多动障碍的精准神经调控机制与疗效。其中包括:1.发展脑影像引导的注意缺陷多动障碍的经颅磁刺激靶点选择方案;2.探究尾状核作为刺激靶点干预注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的疗效;3.揭示尾状核为刺激靶点干预注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的神经影像机制。通过系列研究,为注意缺陷多动障碍的非药物治疗提供精准方案,惠及广大患儿。  

Objectives of Study:

To explore the precise neuroregulatory mechanism and efficacy of brain image-guided attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. These include: 1. Developing TMS target selection for brain image-guided attention deficit hyperactivity disorder; 2. Explore the efficacy of caudate nucleus as a stimulus target to intervene in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder; 3. To reveal the neuroimaging mechanism of caudate nucleus as a stimulus target to intervene in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Through a series of studies, we provide precise plans for non-drug treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, benefiting the majority of children.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)有癫痫发作史、发热性惊厥史、已知脑损伤或有意识丧失超过5分钟的重大头部外伤史。 (2)图雷特综合症或其他抽动障碍、精神发育迟滞或任何广泛性发育障碍。 (3)品行障碍、焦虑障碍、抑郁障碍、双相情感障碍、强迫症、精神分裂症或其他任何精神病性障碍。过去6个月内有物质滥用或依赖史。 (4)任何符合中枢神经系统损伤的局灶性检查结果或EEG的任何检查结果(符合局灶性脑损伤或癫痫发作风险增加)显示的异常神经检查结果 (5)磁刺激的特定禁忌症,如任何植入颅骨的金属物体(口腔牙科设备除外)、植入的药物泵或耳蜗植入物、植入的心内导管或起搏器。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) A history of seizures, febrile convulsions, a history of major head trauma with known brain damage or conscious loss for more than 5 minutes. (2) Tourette's syndrome or other tic disorder, mental retardation or any generalized developmental disorder. (3) Conduct disorder, anxiety disorder, depression disorder, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, schizophrenia, or any other psychotic disorder. A history of substance abuse or dependence within the past 6 months. (4) Any abnormal neurological findings consistent with a focal examination of central nervous system injury or any EEG findings consistent with an increased risk of focal brain injury or seizure (5) Specific contraindications for magnetic stimulation, such as any metal object implanted in the skull (other than oral dental devices), implanted drug pumps or cochlear implants, implanted intracardiac catheters or pacemakers.
