研究目的：

1. 探讨老年全麻手术患者延迟出PACU的影响因素； 2. 分析延迟出PACU的老年全麻手术患者预后情况； 3. 对老年手术患者的麻醉管理质量提供理论依据；

Objectives of Study：

1. Investigating the factors affecting delayed PACU discharge of elderly patients after general anesthesia; 2. Analyzing the postoperative outcomes of elderly patients who were transfered with delay from PACU after general anesthesia; 3. Providing theoretical evidences for anethesia management quality of elderly surgical patients.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 基线或随访数据缺失； 2. 术后带管直接转入医院中心ICU或手术科室专科ICU的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Lack of baseline or follow-up data; 2. Patients with a tracheal tube who were directly transferred to the hospital's central ICU or specialized ICU in the surgical department after surgery.
