研究目的：

了解当前成人及老年重症出血伴凝血异常患者的临床实践情况，确定成人及老年重症出血患者的“目标导向性凝血管理策略”最优指标及范围；评价目标导向性凝血管理策略在成人及老年患者中的应用价值；探索老年重症出血患者的“目标导向性凝血管理策略”最佳治疗策略并明确其安全性。针对中国人群包括老年人群出血时的最佳治疗策略及其安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the current clinical practice of adults and elderly patients with severe hemorrhage with abnormal coagulation, and determine the optimal index and scope of "goal-oriented coagulation management strategy" for adults and elderly patients with severe hemorrhage; To evaluate the application value of goal-oriented coagulation management strategy in adult and elderly patients; To explore the optimal treatment strategy of "goal-oriented coagulation management strategy" in elderly patients with severe bleeding and to clarify its safety. Optimal treatment strategy and safety for bleeding in Chinese population including elderly population.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、接受姑息治疗或预计48h内死亡的患者； 2、孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 3、任何已知的先天性凝血障碍； 4、不符合出血事件的定义； 5、既不符合低纤维蛋白原血症，又不符合凝血病的诊断标准。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients receiving palliative care or expected to die within 48 hours; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. any known congenital coagulation disorder; 4. does not meet the definition of bleeding events; 5. It does not meet the diagnostic criteria of hypofibrinogenemia and coagulation disease.
