明确布比卡因脂质体在脑膜瘤术后镇痛中的有效性及优越性。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the effectiveness and superioeity of Liposomal Bupivacaine in postoperative analgesia of meningioma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）既往行颅脑手术史；（2）合并严重系统性疾病；（3）有头皮神经阻滞禁忌；凝血功能异常、穿刺部位感染或全身严重感染、局麻药过敏等；（4）阿片类或精神类药物成瘾史；（5）需输血者；（6）拒绝参加本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.People accepting ore than twice craniocerebral surgeries; 2.Combining with severe systemic disease; 3.With scalp nerve block contraindicated; 4.A history of opioid or psychotropic addiction; 5.Needing blood transfusion; 6.People not taking part in this test.

The random numbers generated by the computer system were assigned 1:1:1, and the assignment results of each group were sealed in sequentially numbered opaque envelopes. The experimenter opened the envelopes on the day of the experiment after obtaining the informed consent of the patients, and conducted the experiment according to the groups.
