研究目的：

验证围术期颈动脉血流动力学主要参数（cMV血流量，FTc流动时间，Vti速度时间积分, Vpk 峰值流速等）与老年患者膝关节置换术术后谵妄的发生之间的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the correlation between the main parameters of perioperative carotid hemodynamics (cMV blood flow, FTc flow time, Vti velocity time integral, Vpk peak velocity, etc.) and the occurrence of postoperative delirium in elderly patients undergoing knee replacement surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.无法完成基线认知评估或简易精神状态检查（MMSE）评分<24的患者 2.术前使用过中枢神经系统（CNS）药物 3.既往有感觉障碍 4.对患关节进行过关节手术 5.术后曾行修复手术 6.术前血红蛋白达到贫血标准

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who are unable to complete baseline cognitive assessment or have a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score <24; 2.Preoperative use of central nervous system (CNS) drugs; 3.Previous sensory impairment; 4.Have had joint surgery on the affected joint; 5.Revision surgery was performed after surgery; 6.Preoperative hemoglobin reached anemia standard.
