研究目的：

1.探索影响带状疱疹疫苗接种的障碍和促进因素，开发适用于适种人群的简短言语干预台词； 2.验证简短言语干预对提高带状疱疹疫苗接种率的有效性，为其实际应用提供科学理论与实践建议。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To explore the barriers and facilitators influencing herpes zoster vaccination uptake and develop a rapid verbal persuasion script tailored to eligible individuals. 2.To evaluate the effectiveness of the rapid verbal persuasion in improving herpes zoster vaccination rates, providing scientific evidence and practical recommendations for its real-world application.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

访谈阶段： 1.不具备自主表达能力的对象。 干预阶段： 1. 目标接种者正在患带状疱疹，或痊愈时间未超过2个月； 2. 目标接种者有带状疱疹疫苗及相关成分过敏史或其他不适宜接种的情况； 3. 来访目的为接种带状疱疹疫苗者。

Exclusion criteria：

Interview stage: 1. Individuals without the ability to express themselves independently. Intervention stage: 1. The target vaccine recipient is currently experiencing herpes zoster or has recovered from it within the past 2 months. 2. The target vaccine recipient has a history of allergy to the herpes zoster vaccine or its components, or other conditions that make vaccination unsuitable. 3.The target vaccine recipient is come to receive the HZ vaccine.
