研究目的：

本研究目的在于探讨评价后纵韧带骨化症患者神经功能及生活质量的合适量表。我们将JOACMEQ量表翻译为中文版本，检验其信度、效度及反应度，并与日本后纵韧带骨化症患者进行比较。

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to trying to find out an appropriate method to assess ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament patients with neurological function and health and quality of life. We will translate the Japanese version of Japanese Orthopaedic Association Cervical Myelopathy Evaluation Questionnaire (JOACMEQ) into Chinese and to verify its reliability, validity and compare to the relative results in Japanese population of OPLL patients by native language.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.外伤患者，或患者同时患有控制不佳的合并症，如严重的全身感染、冠心病和糖尿病
2.既往颈椎手术、感染或肿瘤病史
3.未完成问卷的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who had trauma in the same period, or preoperatively associated with poorly controlled complications, such as serious systemic infection, coronary heart disease and diabetes;
2. Previous history of cervical spinal operations, infection, or neoplasm;
3. Patients who didnt complete all the questionnaires.
