研究目的：

观察CT引导下采用钝针经臀侧方入路奇神经节射频热凝术治疗肛门会阴痛的临床疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of CT-guided radiofrequency thermocoagulation using blunt needle through the lateral gluteal approach to the chi ganglion for the treatment of anal perineal pain.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.其他介入手术禁忌症（出凝血异常、局部感染、不能耐受手术）； 2.各种原因未能完成随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other contraindications to interventional surgery (abnormal coagulation, local infection, inability to tolerate surgery); 2. Failure to complete follow-up for various reasons.
