主要目标是提高家庭主厨的减盐意识,减少烹饪用盐量,帮助目标人群将盐摄入量减少至少1g。具体目标包括: (1)开发一套适用于社区家庭主厨的减盐干预措施; (2)分别在12个月和24个月后评估此减盐干预措施的效果及长期持久影响; (3)在12个月和24个月后评估干预措施的成本效益。  

Objectives of Study:

The primary objective is to increase salt awareness in home cooks, and to reduce the amount of salt used during cooking, thus helping target population to reduce salt intake by at least 1 g/day. The specific objective includes: (1)To develop a package of salt-reduction interventions through home cook applicable for community families; (2)To evaluate the effectiveness of intervention package by carrying out a cluster randomised trial with intervention duration of 12 months. (3)To assess the cost-effectiveness of the intervention at 12 months.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

(1)研究设计 本研究采用整群随机对照研究(RCT)设计,每个省选取一个县(区),每个县(区)根据人群结构、社会经济水平、卫生服务资源等情况随机抽取10个可比的社区。从6个省共选取60个社区。每个社区按照纳入排除标准随机抽取12个家庭,总计720个家庭,1440人。进行基线调查收集盐相关KAP、血压和24小时尿钠,之后将60个社区随机分配至干预组和对照组。干预组将给予为期1年的减盐干预措施,对照组给予常规干预措施。随后将进行两轮评估:1年后的效力评估,2年后的效果评估。 (2)研究现场 本研究覆盖青海、河北、黑龙江、四川、江西、湖南6个省的60个社区。减盐干预措施面向所选社区中的所有家庭主厨及其家庭成员。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

(1) Overall Study design: Using a clustered RCT design, 60 communities will be selected from 6 provinces. A baseline survey will be carried out before randomization among 1440 participants recruited from the 60 communities. All the communities will be allocated into intervention and control groups randomly. Information of salt related KAP, blood pressure and 24h urinary sodium will be collected. The intervention group will be given intervention package for 1 year. The effectiveness of intervention package on salt reduction will be evaluated. (2) Study Setting: A total of 60 communities in 6 provinces, which are Qinghai, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Sichuan, Jiangxi and Hunan are included in this study. The interventions are targeted on all the home cooks and their family members in the selected communities.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

CRF将用于收集基线调查和评估的数据,包括人口统计学特征,与盐有关的KAP,血压和24h尿钠。在12个月的随访期间,需记录失访者信息。 基线和随访的数据将由受过良好培训的现场调查员通过移动电子数据收集(mEDC)系统收集。这个mEDC使用移动传感器来控制数据的质量。该系统还侧重于试验的过程管理。研究人员可以在过程中查看和查询这些数据。统计结果将以图形形式呈现。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

CRFs will be designed to collect data of baseline survey and evaluation, including demographic characteristics, KAP related to salt, blood pressure, and 24h urinary sodium. Beside the same data collected at baseline, lost participants and reason of lost need to be recorded during 12 months follow-up. Data will be collected through a mobile-based Electronic Data Collection (mEDC) system by well-trained field investigators at baseline and during the follow-ups. This mEDC uses mobile sensors to control quality of the data. The system also focuses on the process management of the trial. Researchers can view and query these data in the process. The statistics results will be presented in a graphic form.
