研究目的：

评价亚麻籽粉治疗功能性便秘的疗效。充分发挥饮食治疗功能性便秘的优势，探索治疗功能性便秘更加有效、安全、方便的综合方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of plaxseed powder on functional constipation. We will give full play to the advantages of the diet treatment to functional constipation and explore the comprehensive approaches of treating functional constipation that are more effective, safe and convenient.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并心、脑、肝、造血系统等严重原发性疾病、精神病患者
②过敏体质及对多种药物过敏者
③严重胃肠道及腹腔盆腔器质性疾病患者
④意识障碍或认知功能障碍影响问卷真实性者
⑤正在参加其他营养干预项目
⑥近一个月在口服益生菌和抗菌素
⑦每日吸烟大于等于10支
⑧纯素食者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combine primary diseases in heart, brain, liver, hematopoietic system,etc., psychopath;
2. allergic constitution or allergy to a variety of drugs;
3. volonteers with severe gastrointestinal and abdominal pelvic organic diseases;
4. volunteers having cognitive impairement, therefore the truthfulness of the questionnaire will be influenced;
5. participating in other nutritional interventions at the time;
6. orally taking probiotics or antibiotics in the recent 1 month;
7. Daily smoking more than 10 cigaretes;
8. Vegan.
