研究目的：

通过队列研究探究WTW与STS差异对ICL植入术后拱高的影响。在EVO-ICL网站推荐ICL尺寸的基础上，提供一种更加精准的ICL晶体尺寸的选择技巧，降低术后拱高异常率，减少术后并发症的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

Effect of the difference between the white-to-white and sulcus-to-sulcus on vault and the related factors after ICL implantation by cohort study. Based on the recommended ICL size by STAAR, Inc, a more accurate ICL size selection technique is provided to reduce the abnormal rate of postoperative vault and the occurrence of postoperative complications.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.白内障、青光眼、圆锥角膜、葡萄膜炎、视网膜脱离、视神经炎、中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变等眼部疾病； 2.患有糖尿病、高血压等全身系统性疾病.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Cataract, glaucoma, keratoconus, uveitis, retinal detachment, optic neuritis, central serous chorioretinopathy, etc; 2.Suffering from systemic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension.
