研究目的：

充分了解急性坏死性胰腺炎患者临床特征和器官损伤时间特点，并对其死亡危险因素进行探索，以其全时程全方位综合管理，有助于对相应靶器官早期行精准保护支持，以减轻或阻断后续器官损伤的程度甚至其发生，提高患者预后进而达到早期预警、精准干预和改善预后的目的

Objectives of Study：

A comprehensive understanding of the clinical characteristics and the temporal features of organ damage in patients with acute necrotizing pancreatitis, along with an exploration of the risk factors for mortality, is crucial for the holistic and comprehensive management of the disease. This approach facilitates the early and precise protection and support of the corresponding target organs, thereby mitigating or preventing the extent or even the occurrence of subsequent organ damage. Ultimately, this improves patient prognosis, achieving the goals of early warning, precise intervention, and improved outcomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄<18岁；
2.住院时间<7天；
3.妊娠期、哺乳期妇女；
4.确诊ANP后生存时间<24小时；
5.具有严重的原发性心、肝、肺、肾、血液疾病；
6.肿瘤晚期恶液质病人；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Under 18 years of age; 2. The hospital stay was less than 7 days; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. The survival time after diagnosis of ANP is less than 24 hours; 5. serious primary heart, liver, lung, kidney and blood diseases; 6. Patients with advanced cancer and cachexia;
